The Word of God is Absolute not Conditional

Sirmply put, to know if a commandment of God is still or might be applicable to date is to know who the recipient of that commandment. If the recipient still exist, it probably is applicable or at least one have the option to obey it or not as commanded. Remember that the word of God is absolute, its not conditional.
